Subject of Services

Branding Industrial provides consulting in product design and market positioning strategies for premium corporate decor. Services include analytical reports on B2B aesthetic trends, management of industrial wax raw materials, and optimization of logistics distribution platforms.

All services are provided based on the client's written order and confirmation accepted by both parties. No specific financial results or percentage increases in sales are guaranteed.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding their activity, existing products, and commercial objectives. Branding Industrial has the right to request additional clarifications and to refuse the provision of services if the received data is incomplete or contradictory.

Branding Industrial undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the received information and not to disclose it to third parties without the client's written consent, except in cases provided by law.

• The client has access to analytical reports only after full payment of the invoice.
• Branding Industrial may use anonymized data for internal statistical purposes.
• Any modification of the scope of services is made by written agreement between the parties.

Limitations of Liability

Branding Industrial is not liable for commercial decisions made by the client based on the reports and recommendations provided. Recommendations are based on the analysis of data available at the time of service provision and do not constitute guarantees regarding market evolution.

In the event of material errors in reports, Branding Industrial's liability is limited to correcting them at no additional cost to the client. No compensation is granted for indirect losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

• The total liability of Branding Industrial for any claim cannot exceed the invoiced value for the respective service.
• The claim period is 30 days from the date of report delivery.

Conditions for Termination of Use

The client may terminate the contract at any time, with a 14-day written notice. In the event of termination, the client owes the value of services provided up to the termination date.

Branding Industrial may terminate the contract without notice if the client fails to meet payment obligations or intentionally provides false information. In this case, the client is not entitled to a refund of amounts paid.

• After termination, both parties remain bound by confidentiality for a period of 2 years.
• Delivered documents remain the intellectual property of Branding Industrial, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Modification of Terms

Branding Industrial reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Any modification will be communicated to active clients by email, at least 14 days before it takes effect.

If the client does not agree with the modifications, they may terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the notification. Continued use of the services after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
